I’m so embarrassed. I’m not a real person yet.

Like I’ve mentioned before, I love a good black and white movie (especially a “modern day” one) because it just gives it a more artistic feel. Another realistic movie depicting regular-ass millennials trying to figure out life…just like the rest of us… This is a movie I can definitely relate to having lived in NYC in my mid-20s while I was still figuring myself/life out (still am LOL)…with roommates and all (I could tell a few stories SMH).

But this was a real movie with real relatable characters dealing with regular ass issues like paying rent, getting a “real job,” when to get “realistic” about your “dreams” and relationships…just a snapshot of the typical millennial life…this is why Noah Baumbach and Greta Gerwig are so great.
